Chef Nance’ Danner Rocha
Executive Chef & Owner

Nance' Danner Rocha, Executive Chef and Owner is a well-known figure in Silicon Valley and the South Bay. Chef Eric Pevar, Chef Bert Cutino of the Sardine Factory, Chef Randy Musterer of Sushi Confidential, and others are among her colleagues. Her love of food and the art of producing unique dining experiences has taken her from Silicon Valley to Hollywood, where she creates gourmet dinners for executives, celebrities, and large groups. Nance also studied under chefs such as Bo Friberg, Mial Parker, Doug Basegio, Randy Torres, and others at the Professional Culinary Institute.

The Approach

 

At Silicon Valley Bites, every culinary adventure begins with a dialogue with you. We'll next work with you to determine how many people will attend, any dietary restrictions, and the location of the event. Then we'll prepare a meal that meets your requirements and make any required changes. Oh, the flowers, the table decorations, the servers, and the bartenders! It's not a problem at all. We may design and execute the entire event, or just prepare and deliver your meals, or do both. We know how to accommodate, but it all begins with you informing us of your requirements.
