Executive Chef and Owner Nance’ Danner Rocha is a well-known figure in kitchens and restaurants across Silicon Valley and South Bay. Colleagues include Chef Eric Pevar, Chef Bert Cutino at the Sardine Factory, Chef Randy Musterer at Sushi Confidential and more. Her love of food and creating memorable dining experiences has taken around her from Silicon Valley to Hollywood as she plans and prepares culinary delights for executives, celebrities, and groups of all sizes. Nance worked at the Professional Culinary Institute where she studied with Chef’s Bo Friberg, Mial Parker, Doug Basegio, Randy Torres and more.
